Kyle combined his operations management, entrepreneurship and nine years working for one of the largest brokerage firms on Wall Street to start Guided Capital Wealth Management, a fiduciary Registered Investment Adviser. Kyle believes that long-term financial success is achieved through a disciplined process of financial planning and investment management, tracking progress to goals and making adjustments as your life unfolds and your needs evolve. Kyle is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and Accredited Investment Fiduciary. He believes acquiring knowledge and providing education to clients will enable them to make sound financial decisions throughout their lifetime.
Kyle was raised in Cedar Rapids, Iowa on the traditional Midwest beliefs of family, trust, hard work and strong morals and ethics. Kyle graduated from New Mexico State University and was a 4-year letterman in football for the Aggies. He has served as a Board Member of the NMSU Foundation since 2014. Kyle and his wife Nicole have two daughters. He enjoys coaching his girls softball teams, playing golf, cooking and traveling.

Nicole spent 15 years analyzing and trading natural gas for producers, banks, and merchant energy firms in Houston. Nicole joined her husband Kyle to create Guided Capital Wealth Management. She is passionate about helping women become more actively involved in and educated about their finances. She works closely with women, from stay-at-home moms to professional executives, helping them understand, engage, and deploy a customized financial plan and investment strategy to achieve the financial success they desire.
Nicole graduated from New Mexico State University in 1999 with a degree in Finance. She currently serves on the NMSU Foundation Board. She and her husband Kyle have two daughters who love to play sports. She enjoys volunteering for her girls’ sports teams and at their school. In her free time Nicole loves to cook, travel and enjoy wine.
Vice President – Client Relations
Mariam began her career in the financial services industry as a client relationship advisor for a major mutual fund management company in San Antonio, Texas. With a desire to better understand the industry and form deeper client relations, she joined Kyle’s team as a Financial Advisor/Client Relationship Manager and obtained her securities registrations. In this role, she was able to cultivate relationships with both prospective and current clients and deepened the trust that they held in the practice.
Mariam has joined Guided Capital Wealth Management to manage client relations, provide a new standard of proactive client service, and to make sure the needs of every client are met.
Mariam graduated from The University of Texas at San Antonio in 2013 with a BBA in Accounting, where she was an active member of Alpha Kappa Psi. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, hiking and photography.
Ian grew up in Seattle, Washington where he was actively involved in athletics and the community. After high school, Ian lived in the southern part of Argentina for two years where, as a missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, he provided service to the local people and became fluent in Spanish. During this time in Argentina, he realized that he could pair his passion for service with his interest in Finance, which ultimately led him to Guided Capital Wealth Management.
Ian works closely with clients in helping them design, plan, and implement a customized financial plan and investment strategies. He supports business owners and executives in managing the fiduciary responsibilities of retirement plan management, investment management, and employee education.
Ian graduated magna cum laude from Houston Baptist University (HBU) with a BBA in Finance and minor in Spanish. At HBU, he was a member of the football program and president of the Finance Society. In his free time, he enjoys playing basketball, volleyball, attending the gym, and being with family.
